ACE Risk Assessment

What is ACE?

The Adverse Childhood Experiences, or “ACEs,” quiz asks a series of 10 questions about common traumatic experiences that occur in early life. An ACE score is a tally of different types of abuse, neglect, and other adverse childhood experiences. A higher score indicates a higher risk for health problems later in life.

The Assessment

After the selection process, the ACE assessment can begin. The ACE assessment consists of 10 questions including personal questions related to the client’s past childhood experiences. These questions can be sensitive, so we strongly suggest this test ALWAYS be administered by a professional. After answering the 10 questions, the client will receive an ACE score that can be viewed in a client portal. It is also available as a printable PDF.

Finding Resources

Our ACE assessment technology is different than others. We not only provide the client with an ACE score, but also provide them with access to a database of local resources. Information provided is based on their answers to the questions on their ACE. Our database is constantly updated so our clients can be sure that they are receiving verified, reliable resources.
